Commercial Real Estate Loans

Sunwest Bank has the resources and knowledge to create a Commercial Real Estate Loan to best serve you. Whether your needs are building, updating or buying, we can provide what you need.

Land Loans

In anticipation of future construction financing, Sunwest Bank makes loans on residential and income property land for terms up to 19 months, allowing sufficient time for you to design your dream house, plan a future development project, or prepare for a new facility for the expansion of your business.

Construction Loans

Sunwest Bank provides construction financing for owner-occupied custom homes, multifamily and commercial/industrial developments. Loan terms are structured to provide sufficient time to complete the project and allow for marketing. Our ìhands-onî approach provides quick response times, both during the approval process as well as with funding draw requests during construction.

Bridge Loans

Sunwest Bank provides acquisition and rehabilitation financing for existing properties that need to be rehabbed to either attract new tenants or bring rents up to market levels. Upon completion of the rehabilitation process and re-tenanting, the bridge loan can be rolled into a permanent loan provided by Sunwest Bank.

Permanent Loans

Sunwest Bank provides permanent loan financing with terms up to ten years on income producing properties. Flexible interest rate terms can be fixed, adjustable or a combination of both.
