Chairman of the Board of First State Bank since the Bank's inception in September 1998. His banking career spans over 38 years, and includes chartering two other community banks in Topeka , Kansas .

Blake A. Rolley
Blake Rolley is the founder of First State Bank and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rolley has served in this capacity since the inception of the bank in September 1998. Mr. Rolley has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry including serving as President & Chief Executive Officer of Highland Park Bank and Trust, a $115 million community bank in Topeka, Kansas from 1991 to 1993, and as Executive Vice President, UMB N.A. in Kansas City, Missouri from 1994 to 1996.

Steven M. Jackson
Steven Jackson has served as a director of the Company since September, 1998. He is the President of Jackson and Jackson Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Coldwell Banker NARICO, in Flagstaff , Arizona . Mr. Jackson is a native of Flagstaff . His firm offers a full range of commercial and residential real estate services.

Roger T. Bollard
Roger Bollard has served as a director of the Bank since February, 2000. He is the principal owner of Roger Bollard CPA, in Flagstaff , Arizona , which he has operated since 1979. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee.

Dr. Eugene M. Hughes
Dr. Eugene Hughes has served as a director of the Bank since February, 2000. He has served over 40 years in higher education. He was President of Wichita State University in Wichita , Kansas from 1993 to 1999, and President of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff from 1979 to 1993. He recently served as interim President and CEO of the Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff.

Joy I. Staveley
Joy Staveley has served as a director of the company since January 2005. She is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Canyoneers, Inc. Her company operates whitewater rafting trips on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. She serves on numerous boards and was the 1997 recipient of the ATHENA Award.

Chuck Dryden
Chuck Dryden has served as a director since December 2004. He is the owner of Arizona Engineering Company which he has owned since 1978. His firm provides civil engineering services in Flagstaff, Phoenix, and throughout Northern Arizona including community and site planning, roadway, airport, water supply, waste disposal, surveying, mapping, and right-of-way projects.
